AgentVPS provides managed virtual private servers, Personal AI, and related automation tools. Features, plans, and availability may change. We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle you select unless cancelled before renewal. Fees are charged in advance. Refunds are handled at our discretion except where required by law.

AI credits and usage limits are defined by your plan. Overage or top-up policies are described at checkout and in your dashboard.

You agree not to use AgentVPS to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights
• Send spam, malware, or abusive content
• Mine cryptocurrency without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Host illegal content or facilitate illegal activity
• Overload or disrupt our infrastructure or other users' workspaces

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the service. You are responsible for prompts, code, and data deployed through your workspace. AI outputs may be inaccurate; verify before relying on them for critical decisions.

Connecting Telegram, payment providers, or other third-party services is subject to their terms as well. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

The AgentVPS platform, branding, and documentation are our property or our licensors'. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or software except as needed to use the service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTVPS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; we may delete workspace data after a reasonable retention period.

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
